Last minute changes or cancellations or missed appointments cause us major problems in that the time cannot usually be used to treat another client who has asked for an appointment just the day before! We therefore reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Missed or forgotten appointments and less than 2 hours notice of cancellations may incur a 100% charge.
